"What an Aladdin’s Cave of carpets and flooring! Lovely friendly people, very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, very professional, gave me excellent advice and really took care of me. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave good old-fashioned service, which I haven’t met in a long long time. I felt I would be a bit like the customer from hell, because I didn’t know what I wanted, and I was buying for someone else, which is always difficult. However, they shared my dilemmas and I ended up buying exactly what I needed, at a really good price. I also used their whipping service, and the tightness of the whipping was miles better than anything I have had before, so much closer together, it looks as though it will last for ever. The next time I need carpet, or flooring of any sort, I won’t bother looking anywhere else. I wasted so much time trying to find what I needed, online and in other shops. I would recommend this store to everybody, and will certainly use them again."
