I've had various rugs from this company over many years as I've changed houses and and decor and the service has always been consistently good. This time the rugs I purchased, I realised when received that I'd ordered the wrong colour. Not a problem, Chloe was so helpful, I returned the rugs, ordered samples (the small table runner) and received those the very next day so i could make sure I chose the correct colour.
