I went to Bournemouth Carpets with a plank of wood (measurments) and hoped they would help get a carpet sorted for my sons bedroom. Everyone we came across were so lovely, really helpful and friendly. They didn't laugh at our ridiculous expectation of trying to get a 6m carpet in our car and instead threw in free delivery with our carpet and underlay. They went above and beyond! Thank you all for all your help!

I am very pleased with my Lounge carpet, the installers were very polite and took the old lounge carpet away. All clean and tidy so no complaints there.

Took the time to show and explain various carpets and worked around my budget. Worked around my time frame in relation to fitting.
