"Where do I start? From walking into the shop it was a good experience. We looked at various samples and Paul explained the suitability and quality of various carpets. He called round the next day to take measurements of the hallway. He let us keep samples to help us decide which one was best. Once we decided on a colour and quality we called into the shop and placed the order. Only a few days later Cain and Bailey came to fit new underlay, carpet and threshers. They worked very hard throughout and were so courteous and polite whilst getting on with the job. They never stopped until the job was complete. It wasn't straightforward as we wanted the carpet to be fitted into 3 hall cupboards but they did it superbly. Should also mention Paul's son who arrived later with newly bought superior threshers helping to fit them in 4 doorways. Also, with the carpet they cut out for the L shaped hallway they managed to lay new carpet in our porch. No damage to paintwork or walls throughout! We are delighted with the outcome and would definitely recommend to anyone. Paul you should be very proud. Debs"
