Best at Flooring - Laminate Installation in Leeds

I'm thrilled with this floor! I was unable to see it in a very large piece before purchasing but took a chance and it has turned out amazingly! Lovely colour, very soft and smooth and my own brilliant builder fitted it with ease, saving masses on fitting costs. Thank you Quickstep and Best at Flooring.

Having identified the particular flooring I wanted, I ran into unforseen issues ordering it via local suppliers as they were trade only. I took to the internet and found it on your site (at a much better price). I used your chat function to check that it was a product you stocked and when it could be delivered and connected with Kris. He provided all the info I needed and even offered to pull out all the stops to ensure a timely delivery. So I proceeded to place the order, provided Kris with the order number and he arranged delivery for a day earlier than advertised. It wasnt a particulary high value order as its only for a small bathroom, so I was really impressed with Kris going the extra mile. The product arrived today as promised and have to say the packaging was impressive. (Pics attached) So often when ordering things like tiles/flooring by the time it arrives the boxes are in tatters and edges damaged etc. But these were protected all sides with bubble wrap and foam edging, even the courier commented on how well protected it was. I can see from other reviews on here that Kris has gone the extra mile for lots of customers..... so if the owners of the business or any managers are reading this, then give that guy a bonus/raise.... he is an asset to your company!

I would thoroughly recommend Best at Flooring. Good prices and top-notch customer service on the phone. The product looks great and we have every expectation that it will be hardwearing too (our daughter has the same floor). A very happy customer!
