On my initial visit, Andy spent a great deal of time listening to what I wanted and then guiding me through a selection of carpets at different price ranges and explaining the benefits of each. He helped me choose carpets that were right for my house and my lifestyle and were within my budget. He was knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly and I felt that he really understood what I was looking for and that he was very happy to help me. After choosing the carpets and placing an order, I was helped by Molly who was cheerful and professional and kept me informed about the delivery and fitting. Elliot and Lewis, the carpet fitters, were highly professional and skilled. They were polite and friendly and made a great fuss of my dog, which was lovely. The carpets looked amazing when they had finished them and I was really impressed by their work. I would highly recommend Bespoke Flooring to anyone looking for new carpets."
