James has been excellent - his customer service are impeccable, and I’m very pleased with the support I received at the Slough branch. The only reason for the loss of one star is due to the receipts, which is not a reflection on James or the team in Slough. The receipts should clearly include VAT and provide a detailed price breakdown. Without this clarity, customers are often left confused and end up repeatedly calling the Slough branch for explanations - which unnecessarily ties up staff time and resources. Improving the receipt format would enhance the overall customer experience and reduce the need for follow-up queries.
