We had our office carpet replaced with laminate flooring, the shop managed to find a perfect match to our existing laminate, were able to accomodate our request to change our booked fitting to a week earlier and did the work in a really quick time. I have used BCF for many years now both personally and professionally. I have used them for professional flooring in the highly used workspace, personal carpets and work carpetting as well as recently for Kardean flooring. Every job has been great and I have always received a very friendly personal service from all members of the team including the fitters themselves. I had a minor piece of Kardean that needed adjusting and no problem occured and it was dealt with within a couple of days of my call. Couldnt' ask for more.
