We are now about to start on our cloakroom so will be ordering all the necessary accessories from them also. James & Sam both made it a wonderful experience, using the free 3D design service to create two stunning bathroom/shower spaces, this was invaluable to be able to see your ideas in 3D & to be able to try different options before you committed. James & Sam were able to accommodate my very particular requests & their unwavering patience, ideas & expertise made both projects so much easier to manage. Sam even managed to get what I needed for my ensuite within a very tight timescale! Luckily nothing seems to phase James & he can find pretty much anything your heart desires! I was recommended BASCS by quite a few friends as they had all had good experiences too & I’m pleased to say I was not disappointed. James recommended Pete Coe who Project Managed both rooms & will also be doing the cloakroom, he has done a fantastic job as have all the tradesmen & women he brought in.
