I had Aylesbury Flooring out to lay some floor in my summer house and to say that I’m happy with the service is an understatement!! I was totally impressed with the speed and precision of the fitters Paul and Luke, they are a credit to the company! Better yet, my experience prior to the fitting of the floor was brilliant too! The customer service was exceptional, they really went above and beyond to get me booked in within a certain timeline, honestly cannot thank you all enough! You have a life-long customer out of me!

I haven’t had my carpet/flooring fitted as yet but wanted to say how impressed I have been with the contact from Ian at Aylesbury Flooring. We were in a bit of a state having to sort out substandard flooring which had been laid in a new kitchen remodel. Ian was really understanding on the phone and offered to visit the property to have a look. He arrived on time and was so polite and professional. As a lone female I felt very comfortable with him and felt I could trust his expertise. Ian put me intouch with a colleague who was a specialist in Karndean flooring and suggested he attempt to repair the floor rather than have to re do the whole lot. Saving us money, time and inconvenience. He was so knowledgeable and I felt really reassured that we were in safe hands and speaking with an expert.. Without hesitation I will contact Ian for any future flooring requirements, of which there are a few!

I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality from Aylesbury Flooring. They helped me pick the perfect flooring and guided me through the options with lots of patience. The fitters were great and made sure everything was spotless when they left. Over the moon with the final result, will definitely be coming back when we finally redo the outhouse.
