Clear explanation with what plan works would entail. Quote very reasonable and date planned. Communication throughout from Susan exceptional with reminders in lead up to work and advice afterwards in terms of how to maintain effect. The work went to plan Victor and David very hardworking and respectfull of our property. There was also a consistency in the information given my all Avoca employees. Our floors were over 20 years old and they have been brought to life again as new. At no time was their any sales talk. The work and company speak for themselves. Definitely recommend."
