"I visited Ashford Tile and Bathroom Centre regarding a multiple bathroom renovation project and had a very pleasant and professional experience. Their showroom displays huge variety of tiles, more than anwhere I have seen around Ashford. It was so convenient to see that many samples as I was able to choose the right tile same time. I did not have to visit many other places. They also supply bathrooms items from different brands and were able to supply the items that I had in mind. The prices were very competitive and transparent. For similar quality and items, prices were towards the lower end. I managed to bargain a bit for the quantity I needed. Items were delivered on the day that they promised. I was informed forehand about the delivery timings. The delivery driver messaged me before coming, which helped as I had to prepare the space for collection. The owner of business also phoned me to check if tiles had arrived and asked me to check if there were any broken items during transit. Couple of tiles were found broken which were replaced very soon. The communication throughout the journey was brilliant. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend them."
