"Excellent job done by Stephen and Jack on my property where the solid oak floor was damaged by a tenant's dogs consistently urinating over a period of years. The damage extensive to the point that the room smelled of urine. Stephen managed my expectations and although the floor couldn't be restored to its original condition, he reassured me that he would get a decent finish on them.
