"We had our Kitchen and Bathroom renovated by Allison Developments at the same time. This was a complete rip out of old and installation of new including full decoration. Tim has a core team that he works with on all of his projects (Plumber, Plasterer, Painter & Decorator and Electricians) so they are reliable and work well as a team. Tim was there everyday throughout the works undertaking the main install himself and overseeing the various trades as and when they came in. All of the works were undertaken in a timely manner and to an excellent quality, workmanship and did not overrun the allotted timescale. All materials and rubbish was removed at regular intervals throughout the works. I would not hesitate in recommending Allison Developments to undertake a kitchen and bathroom renovation."

"In May 2023, Tim ripped out our old kitchen and utility room, knocked down the dividing wall and installed a new kitchen diner layout. He took only 3 weeks to complete the work and we are so happy with the finished product. He offered helpful views along the way and also had to correct several errors made by Wickes incorrect measuring. He was very polite and friendly and always professional. Everything was completed to a high standard within the timescale and the increase from the quote was due to the changes we made along they way which he was always able and willing to adapt to. We would definitely recommend Tim, in fact he will be doing our bathroom renovation shortly as we are so happy with his work."
