"The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, they've got a good range of carpets on the roll, remnants and vinyl available. Their fitters are quick, tidy and do a great job also. I have used them 3 times since just before lockdown and throughout and they have been great. I have managed to get carpets for 2 bedrooms and the stairs along with vinyl for the bathroom at competitive prices and by staying local. Highly recommend."

"Amazing after sale customer service . We have bought a few carpets with this company, however the company and ourselves were truly let down by the actions of the subcontracted carpet fitters who were originally allocated to do the work . There was shoddy work from poor fitting of carpet and failure to put underlay ,which result in damage being caused to carpet . We called to the store and appointment was quickly made for manager to call and investigate. After his visit received a phone call 2 hours later informing us different carpet filters would call in a weeks time . They called this morning as promised. They were shocked of what had been by previous carpet filters . The Manager supplied new underlay and carpet which was fitted professionally and correctly . Just doing this post to say a big thank you to the manager and staff as Alliance Carpets Porth RCt and to the Carpet filters who attended today . It’s truly reassuring to find a local company that truly values and puts their customers first . They have gone over and above to rectify this problem in a swift professional manner .
