I cannot recommend Albany Carpets highly enough. Simon came to measure and give us a quote. He really understood the property and it’s needed (it’s an old property from the 1800s). The team swiftly came over to fit the carpets and were a joy to have around the house. They also looked at our floorboards and secured some loose ones which had worn with time. After having another carpet fitted by a larger company I regret not going to Albany sooner. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Simon and team were a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job. We asked Albany carpets to come back after they fitted a new carpet to our stairs and landing. This time we asked them to replace the floor in our hallway and utility room which had old tiles and were on different levels. We're very happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

Just had new carpets installed on my stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms. The quality of service from Albany was nothing short of excellent and the quality of the carpets they source are great. The workmanship was/is outstanding and the carpets were fitted the best I’ve seen. They were prompt, tidy and professional at all times and from walking in the shop to selecting the carpets to having them measured and fitted they were at all times friendly and reliable, highly recommend!
