Harpenden shop has a great range and Kathy so helpful for a product perspective and has a great eye and can provide great advice on design. Installation was professional prompt and provided perfect floor design even with a detailed heritage tile on the more fiddly area of house with pipes and tiling it was flawless and looked made to measure. Very impressed with product and service.
